1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji365x live platform ("Platform") and all services, gaming content, and activities connected to it. By registering on the Platform, logging in, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the Platform.

baji365x live is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. All information, bonus offers, payment terms, and gaming rules provided on the Platform are governed by these Terms. These Terms are written for Bangladeshi users and are relevant to them.

2 Eligibility and Membership

2.1 Age Requirement

3 Account Management

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

3.2 Account Responsibility

The account holder is responsible for all activities conducted through the account. The Platform will not be directly liable for third-party misuse if the holder did not adequately protect their login credentials.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. A separate notice will be issued regarding any balance remaining in an inactive account. Contact the support centre to reactivate your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Funds can be deposited on the baji365x live platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. If any additional conditions apply to a deposit transaction, the Platform will notify members separately.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, during a verification process or in cases of unusual activity, there may be a delay in processing withdrawals.

4.3 Transaction Verification

Account verification is mandatory for large deposits or withdrawals. If a suspicious transaction is detected, baji365x live may temporarily hold withdrawals from the relevant account until the investigation is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus must be wagered 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 Regular Promotions

Various promotions are run regularly on baji365x live, including a weekly reload bonus (50% bonus, up to ৳10,000), a cricket festival bonus (30% bonus, up to ৳8,000), a Friday special live casino offer (40% bonus, up to ৳12,000), a birthday special reward, and a friend referral reward. Each offer has its own wagering conditions, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Bonus funds cannot be used to bet on all types of games — whether a bonus applies to a specific game or category will be stated in the relevant offer's terms. If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.

5.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

baji365x live reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice. In any dispute regarding an ongoing bonus, the Platform's decision will be considered final.

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered final only when a confirmation message is received from the system. If a bet is not processed due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be returned automatically.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Changes

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or the result remains undetermined, action will be taken in accordance with the Platform's established policy.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limit

If the maximum payout from a single bet or multi-bet exceeds a set limit, only up to that limit will be paid. This limit may vary depending on the sports category and game type.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a bet or game session is affected by a server outage, internet disconnection, or software error, baji365x live will provide a resolution in accordance with its established policy. Contact the support centre in such situations.

7 VIP Program

The baji365x live VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond.

The weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

8 User Conduct

8.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Taking advantage of bonuses or promotions through fraudulent methods
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Stealing or misusing another member's account information
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the Platform for gain
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities

8.2 Penalties

If baji365x live finds evidence of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, it may immediately close the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

9 Security and Privacy

The baji365x live platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps users' personal information and financial transactions secure. The Platform will never ask for a password or OTP via phone or email.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

baji365x live will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the Platform, unless caused by the Platform's own error or negligence. The Platform's liability is limited in cases of loss caused by third-party game providers, payment gateways, or internet connectivity issues.

Game results displayed on the Platform are governed by a Random Number Generator (RNG). No game result is predetermined, and baji365x live does not influence outcomes.

13 Changes to Terms
